Our commitment to serving our communities runs deeper than providing home improvement solutions. Window World Cares®, Window World’s charitable arm, has raised over $7 million dollars to date. Our dedication to fundraising was recognized when Window World Cares was named St. Jude’s “2010 New Corporate Partner of the Year,” an award given annually to a new partner that exhibits excellence and dedication in fundraising.
In 20 years, Window World has grown into America’s largest replacement window and home remodeling company. Despite the ever-changing landscape of home improvement, our motto and guiding principle has remained constant since our start in 1995: superior products, professionally installed, at a guaranteed low price- Simply the Best for Less®.

For over 100 years, Good Housekeeping has been one of the strongest forces of consumer advocacy in America, standing for customer satisfaction, superior quality, and dependable warranties. The Good Housekeeping Research Institute stringently evaluates each product to give customers the peace of mind that if it has earned the seal, it is of the highest quality. The Good Houskeeping Research Institute is so thorough that Good Housekeeping provides a two-year warranty on every product it endorses. Should merchandise become defective within this time frame, it will be repaired, replaced, or the customer will be reimbursed. We take pride in the fact that our windows are backed by the Good Housekeeping Seal because of the quality and integrity that it represents.
EPA Lead Certified Firm
Window World of Boston is a proud Lead-Certified Firm.
Maintaining our Lead Certification means we are trained and regularly undertake the necessary precautions to protect our customers from the potentially harmful effects of lead. During our installation process, we take special care to ensure we contain any lead dust created, protecting our customers and the environment. Lead, which has been linked to health and environmental issues, is a heavy metal long used in the manufacturing of paint, plumbing pipes, and leaded gasoline, and can still be found in many homes built prior to 1978. By following lead-safe work practices, we mitigate the risk of lead exposure associated with disturbing remnants of lead-based paint/products.
Window World of Boston has an A+ Better Business Ranking
The Better Business Bureau is the leader in advancing marketplace trust, focusing on integrity and performance. Its work is giving consumers and businesses an unbiased source to guide them on matters of trust, providing educational information and expert advice. Our BBB accreditation is an honor, indicating we met its strict standards for conduct and product performance.
Energy Star Partner
The ENERGY STAR® program is a joint venture of the EPA and the U.S. Department of Energy. Its goal is to help consumers save money and protect the environment by identifying energy-efficient goods and practices. Products that earn the ENERGY STAR prevent greenhouse gas emissions by meeting strict guidelines set by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Department of Energy. Window World offers a variety of window and door packages that are ENERGY STAR qualified in each of the nation’s four climate zones.
The American Architectural Manufacturers Association is recognized internationally for the development of standards that provide third-party validation of product performance and quality. Because Window World Windows are certified for structural, air, and water performance, they bear the prestigious AAMA Gold Label, the highest possible AAMA rating. The Gold Label indicates not only that the individual parts and pieces of the window are certified, but that the entire window system is of the highest quality.
The National Fenestration Rating Council establishes test criteria that set the standard for performance ratings of window and door products. These consistent ratings provide accurate information on the energy performance of windows, doors, and skylights. The presence of these ratings allows products across the industry to be compared on an unbiased basis.
ASTM International, formerly the American Society for Testing and Materials, is the globally recognized leader in the development and delivery of voluntary consensus standards. Its mission is to improve product quality, enhance safety, facilitate market access and trade, and build consumer confidence. Our windows have been tested and are confirmed to meet the air, water, and structural integrity standards as defined by ASTM.
At Window World, we believe our work goes farther than providing exterior solutions. Our products alone aren’t what make us unique; much of Window World’s story is linked to our involvement beyond home improvement. We strive to bring positive change to our communities through our affiliation with non-profit entities.
Window World Cares
Window World Cares® is the charitable arm of Window World Inc.® Founded in 2008, the foundation exists to benefit children and families at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. We are proud of the impact Window World Cares has made in the few years since its conception: we’ve raised millions of dollars for our causes and spread the word about deserving causes. We were recognized by St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital® as the “New Corporate Partner of the Year” in 2010, and intend to live up to this honor for years to come. Window World Cares is a core part of what we do every day; it’s our privilege to work towards making a difference with every window we sell.
St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital
In 2008, Window World Cares® became a partner of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital®, one of the world’s leading research and treatment centers for pediatric cancer and other childhood diseases. The hospital is a pioneer of protocols for treatment of these conditions: in the 50 plus years since St. Jude was founded, it has helped to increase the survival rate for ALL (Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, one of the most common forms of childhood cancer) from 4% to 94%. St. Jude never considers a family’s ability to pay for a child’s treatment, covering the costs of medical care, lodging, meals, and travel to and from the hospital. Our Chairman, Tammy Whitworth says of the partnership: “Giving back and helping others in need has always been a big part of the Window World culture, but it’s the remarkable employees and children of St. Jude who make us so passionate about this organization.”
Veterans Airlift Command
Window World proudly supports the Veterans Airlift Command in providing air transportation to wounded warriors and their families for medical and other compassionate purposes. The Veterans Airlift Command offers soldiers returning from combat, often with devastating injuries and unable to traverse commercial airports, the opportunity to fly worry-free to visit their families or receive treatment. We’ve flown over 55 missions since our partnership began, and every time we meet a new Veteran, we become even more passionate about the Veterans Airlift Command. With a number of Veterans in our own Window World family, we know how meaningful a simple “Thank You” can be. Participating in the mission of the Veterans Airlift Command is how we convey our immense gratitude for every Veteran’s service.
